I believe in AI’s power as a transformative technology to make the world a better place. I am exploring my role in building up just and responsible AI that can live up to its potential. Currently, I’m completing my MBA at Oxford University.

I am a Summer Fellow at the Centre for Governance of AI, a Research Fellow with the Oxford China Policy Lab, and a Research Affiliate with the Oxford Martin School AI Governance Initiative.

Occasionally, I’ll teach a yoga class.

As a Product Manager at Scale AI, I built our marketplace for workforce management and led the development of global fair pay systems for over 100k labelers. Also, I organized our first company hackathon!

I led the strategic planning committee as a member of the board of CounterPulse, a legendary performing arts space in the Tenderloin uplifts transformative experimental art, and I edited Anomalous Press’s Asian American column, APIA-nionated.

I was a Morgridge Accelerator Program Fellow for Big Picture Learning, driving the adoption of healthy living frameworks into high schools, and I received the LeadNext Fellowship from the Asia Foundation, a fellowship for 20 young US-Asia leaders.

I led an undergraduate research team at Berkeley on the financial and social risk of holding fossil fuel assets in pension funds with Professor Clair Brown, publishing a report that is used by state leaders today.

I interned on the Clinton campaign when I was 18 as one of the youngest staffers in Headquarters. Next time, I’ll tell you about driving the Head of the Democratic Party to the Presidential debates.
